At olan.co.in, we aim to deliver every order promptly and securely. Once an order is placed, it undergoes a strict quality check before being securely packed and handed over to our delivery partners. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During peak sale periods, dispatch may take up to 5 days.

While we maintain ready stock of 95% of our catalog, some items may be sourced directly from the brand to ensure product freshness, which can slightly delay shipping. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email within 24 hours.

We offer free standard shipping across India with no minimum order value. If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, our courier will reach out to you to reschedule.

International customers are welcome—however, any import duties or taxes levied by local authorities are to be paid directly to the courier. olan.co.in does not cover these charges.
